Meet Our Team
#PawPalsGals
We’re a big family at PawPals and your dog is part of it. We get to know all our dogs personally, their little quirks, how they like to play and when it’s time to chill out and have a cuddle. We form a real bond with all of them so they are excited to come to day care to see us. Each team member is a fully qualified dog lover!! Together we bring all our experience and passion to give your dog everything they need to be happy and content all day.

Rescue dogs have a massive place in Laura’s heart and she would rescue all the dogs if she had her way but she can’t (as her partner insists he deserves a space in their bed) so instead, her long term goal is to help fund rescues where ever she can.
Laura has a degree in Advertising and Media, a Certificate in Canine Behavior and a Certificate in Canine First Aid. It is Laura’s aim to ensure your dog has a fantastic day out in a safe and fun environment, playing with their friends and surrounded by people who adore what they do.
Eadie is Lauras’ first daughter and she used to come to work with her from the age of 3 months. She would be carried in a carrier and she loved meeting all the clients in the office in the morning. Unfortunately, once Eadie became mobile, she started to cause havoc in the office so her PawPals career has been limited to visits and not working shifts! She loves to watch the daily videos and ask the name of EVERY dog that Laura struggles to keep up as the clips move so fast but Eadie is determined to stay connected with the clients and know whos’ who
After years of working in the corporate world full time, I decided to follow my passion of working with animals full time. I have over 25 years of working with rescue organizations as well as fostering, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs.
I’m Sarah and I have been working at PawPals since the beginning of March 2019. Before starting here I worked at another Perth dog daycare for about 5 years whilst completing my Cert III in companion animals at Tafe.
I started working at PawPals in September 2020 after volunteering for a dog rescue for 18 months.
I also have a cert in Veterinary Assistant and I fell in love with PawPals after being a client for over a year.
I am delighted to have finally got the opportunity to work with dogs full time.
Hi, I’m Jayne.
I’m very fortunate to have spent most of my adult life travelling the world, exploring and building careers for myself.
I have a very special kind of love for the outdoors, the beach, my family and friends, health, sunsets and last but not least, furbabies of course!
I just LOVE dogs!
The dictionary defines Bella as: crazy dog lady! Literally, I have a necklace that says ‘crazy dog lady’ and my dog has a matching tag that says ‘crazy lady’s dog’.
Getting my first dog Ella at age 15 was what opened my eyes to these amazing creatures, she helped me through some tough times in my life and taught me a lot about myself. I am now dog mum to a Maltese Shihtzu named Allie and if she can’t go somewhere, I’m not going either!
I run a small pet sitting business with Allie as my business partner, so we have a lot of fur friends. A goal of mine is to become a foster mum to dogs and cats in need of a home.

My journey with the PawPals Gals started back in 2017 when I decided to enrol my pooch Ruby into Daycare. I will never forget the feeling I had dropping her off that first day, I was a nervous wreck, Ruby on the other hand ran straight through the door without even looking back at me

Hey everyone! I’m Natalie and I’ve been at PawPals since May of 2019.
I’ve had a love for dogs since I was young and have grown up with them being my constant companions.
I now have a kelpie named Benji (who was a terror to raise) but he has taught me so much! My world revolves around him and he’s he reason I’ve grown such an interest in dog behaviour, training and nutrition.
I love my job becasue I get to create strong bonds with the people and their pooches and I absolutly love getting to know each dog and their little quirks
