Important Information
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate.
• If 24 hours’ notice is provided, your day may be credited for use within the following 4 weeks, subject to availability.
• Dogs must arrive between 7:00am and 9:00am. Late arrivals may be refused entry as they can disrupt the structured routine and enrichment activities for dogs already in our care.
• Planned holidays can be placed on hold for up to 3 weeks, provided sufficient notice is given.
• Early drop-offs between 6:30am and 7:00am incur a $5 fee.
• Late collections after 6:00pm incur a fee of $10 per 10-minute increment.
• Additional daycare days may be booked subject to availability.
• Failed direct debit payments will incur a $5 administration fee.
